Alongside a career spanning acting, actor training, new work development and theatre directing, Tim has served as CEO/Artistic Director of two of Australia’s leading performing arts organisations:
Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) Australia’s flagship youth theatre company, empowering the next generation of theatre-makers and storytellers.
Seymour Centre The University of Sydney’s multi-venue performing arts centre, presenting a year-round program of contemporary performance.
Leading these organisations has given Tim extensive experience in strategic, artistic and organisational leadership. His expertise includes:
- Developing organisational strategy and business plans
- Creating and delivering artistic programs aligned with strategic objectives
- Securing and managing government, philanthropic and corporate funding
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Contract negotiation, risk management and organisational operations
